 To suit the PVC powder producer, Tederic has designed a new model of injection moulding machine for producing special PVC fittings or custom requirements of the customer.

Major advantages:

 

  • Widen safety doors to accommodate the core pulling cylinders of the mould.

  • Two hydraulic core valves fitted as standard on the moving platten.

  • Hardened chromed nozzle, large nozzle bore that ensures product flow and volume.

  • Hardened chromed special screw for PVC powder, excellent plasticizing and highly corrosion resistant.

  • Barrel fitted with blower to ensure precise temperature control with an even narrow melt range.

  • Oversized hydraulic motor matched to meet the large torque requirements needed for plasticising PVC.
