The TRX-J series is a novel and unique style of injection moulding machine developed by Tederic. Especially suited for national industrial distribution projects of water and natural gas, utilising products like PE tubing which have a wide range and large volume.

 

Major advantages:

 

  • Specifically designed to suit techniques requiring large injection volume and low clamping force, matched by low pressure injection moulding technology, it can mould large and thick walled products such as polyolefin class tubing.

  • No axial displacement for pre-plasticising the screw. With the same fusing stroke, it has smaller axial temperature difference and high plasticisation quality.

  • Separated extruder and accumulator for stable pre-plasticising, accurate measurement, small stroke for inject material and stable/ accurate filling volume.

  • Advanced negative high back-angle double-toggle clamping facility, with large reinforcement times stroke ratio, and excellent movement performance.

  • Advanced hydraulic system and high precision computer control system that offers a stable plastic injection quality.

  • Light weight, approximately 1/3 the weight of a traditional injection moulding machine.
