TRX-D Series Dual Colour IMM

 The D series of machine provides dual colour moulding.

Major advantages:

  • Can be used for producing two colour or material parts, with defined separation lines and strong coherence.
  • No mould change required for combination of second colour, the result is the fast production of a single unit dual colour unit.
  • Special mould rotating plate available with precise stop positions.
  • Parallel single cylinder injection unit with fast plasticising.
  • Can combine differing injection units for different shot sizes, and according to product requirements.
