What does this mean to the customer? During the warranty period, the machine will be regularly serviced and its operation checked. This service type is known as our "Comfort Service". Prior to the end of the warranty period, our "Comprehensive Service" will be conducted to identify any issues before the warranty period expires. 

This service module has been incorporated into our machine sales package as an additional benefit to our customers, for the purpose of maximising their return on investment, by maximising their machines up-time.
